Each hospital kept apart
Every hospital’s data is separated by the database itself, not only by the screens, so one hospital can never read another’s records.
Hospital management system / Cloud
Why we built it
From the front desk to the doctor, the lab, the pharmacy, the ward and the cash counter. Every hand-over on paper is a chance to lose a test, a rupee or an hour. We run hospitals ourselves, so we built one system where each desk picks up exactly where the last one stopped.
For hospitals
OPD, wards, pharmacy, lab, theatre and accounts in one place, for a nursing home, a multispeciality or a superspeciality hospital. Nothing to install.
See the modulesFor chains
Each hospital runs on its own. Group leadership sees every hospital side by side, and opens any of them from one portal.
Hospital groups01 / 06
Bills build themselves from what was done. Discounts follow each role’s limit: a supervisor up to 5%, finance up to 15%, and above that the group CFO.
Billing02 / 06
The WHO Surgical Safety Checklist, signed in order. Safety gates stop an incision before time out, and the surgeon signs the note.
Operation Theatre03 / 06
Pre-auth, queries, claims and settlements on one desk, with the patient’s share and the insurer’s share kept apart.
Insurance and TPA04 / 06
Revenue, OPD, IPD, theatre, insurance, lab and pharmacy reports for any period up to a year, each ready for Excel.
MIS reports05 / 06
One person can hold several roles while you are small. As you hire, hand them over in one step, and keep the full history.
Roles and hierarchy06 / 06
Collections, dues, occupancy and what needs attention today, on one dashboard that only management roles can see.

Token numbers per doctor per day, and a live queue every desk can see.
Vitals, notes and prescriptions from your own formulary, with past visits alongside.
Draft bills open on their own, and discounts follow each role’s limit.
A live bed board, admission from OPD, deposits and discharge with checks.
FEFO stock, earliest expiry first, and a queue of prescriptions to fill.
Worklists, flagged results and reports signed by a second person.
Clash-free bookings and the WHO checklist with safety gates.
Pre-auth to settlement, with agreed payer rates.
Seven management reports, each downloadable for Excel.
A chain dashboard and group roles such as the group CFO.
Access by job, role hand-over and role history.
How a patient moves
Each step picks up what the last one recorded, so nobody types the same details twice.
Registration, a token for the chosen doctor, vitals, then the consultation and prescription.
Tests ordered on the visit join the same bill. Signed reports appear back on the visit.
The prescription waits in the pharmacy queue. One press fills it, earliest expiry first.
If the doctor advises admission, the desk admits from that advice and picks a bed.
Built for trust
Every hospital’s data is separated by the database itself, not only by the screens, so one hospital can never read another’s records.
Logins, record views and every clinical and money change are logged. Logs and payments can be added to, never edited or deleted.
Signed lab reports, operation notes and completed visits cannot be rewritten. Corrections are added alongside, and the original stays.
Reception, doctors, nurses, billing and the pharmacy each see what their work needs. Money limits come only from the roles a person was given.
